Winslow was the University of Utah coach who was pulled from the pool deck of the Pac-12 Swimming Championships outside Seattle a little less than a year ago — the morning after Concussion Inc. revealed that an Arizona State University campus police report recommended his prosecution on two counts of sexual abuse of a minor swimmer he coached years earlier at the Sun Devil Aquatics club on the ASU campus (and then later for a year at Utah).
