“Dear Mr. Muchnik [sic]:
You have made allegations regarding improper or illegal conduct allegedly committed by Alex Pussieldi. The statements which you have made have been made with reckless disregard for the accuracy of these contentions, as well as with reckless disregard of the reasonable implications of your statements. Mr. Pussieldi has hired me to vigorously prosecute a lawsuit against you for both defamation and for invasion of privacy. If I am forced to litigate, I will be seeking not only damages to Mr. Pussieldi’s reputation, but also punitive damages because of the reckless and vicious manner with which you have smeared his good name. I assure you that, if you force this matter, it will be extremely time consuming and expensive. You CAN avoid this by immediately assuring me that you will cease and desist from publishing any further statements. I would also require that you publish a retraction which we can jointly prepare. However, if you are not willing or able to do as I have requested, litigation will be a major part of your future.
Sincerely,
John Weinberg”
