The alert Chris DeSantis (@cdswimcoachchrisdcoach.com) points out that James Scott MacFarland no longer has a bio and listing as a coach at the Magnolia Aquatic Club in Houston. This follows the Houston Chronicle‘s preparation of a report based on Concussion Inc.’s publication of Sarah Ehekircher’s account of her grooming and abuse by MacFarland and the unsatisfactory handling of her 2010 complaint by USA Swimming. The U.S. Center for SafeSport has opened a new investigation and asked the swimming group to forward its 2010 investigative and National Board of Review materials.
