Caroline Connolly of Fox13 News in Salt Lake City had a good report last night on the still-dragging University of Utah internal investigation of the handling of years of complaints against abusive ex-swim coach Greg Winslow. See http://fox13now.com/2013/06/08/u-of-us-handling-of-swim-coach-abuse-allegations-draws-criticism/.

The Fox13 piece includes an interview of whistleblower parent Matt Fiascone, father of whistleblower swimmer Austin Fiascone.

What Connolly misses is that the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights has entered the fray. Concussion Inc. reported this last week, followed by the Salt Lake City Tribune.
