Preliminary Injunction Hearing Postponed

Federal Judge William D. Quarles, Jr. has granted our motion to postpone tomorrow’s scheduled preliminary injunction hearing in Doe v. Muchnick. The parties have agreed to keep in place the consent order entered last week by Judge Richard D. Bennett.

The court’s order on the continuance of the case is viewable at http://muchnick.net/muchnickconsentmotion.pdf.
