TO USA SWIMMING’S EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHUCK WIELGUS, SAFE SPORT DIRECTOR SUSAN WOESSNER, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR KAREN LINHART:

Was there an agreement with Murray Stephens on the scope of his future activities in swimming when he resigned, unannounced, as the CEO of North Baltimore Aquatic Club? If yes, what was the form of that agreement and what did it provide?

Are Stephens’ appearances on the pool deck at McDonogh compliant with that agreement?

TO MCDONOGH SCHOOL HEADMASTER CHARLES BRITTON:

A plaque in the McDonogh building acknowledges a donation by Murray Stephens. What is the gift level for such a plaque?
