LAST NIGHT THE NEWS BROKEthat U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer was indeed converting his November 2 tentative ruling into a final one. Under the order, the federal government is compelled to unredact certain portions of 20 documents in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services files on George Gibney in our Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security.
