Judge John B. Bowman has scheduled an October 1 hearing in Broward County Circuit Court to discuss the status of my action against the City of Fort Lauderdale seeking the elimination of redactions made in documents on Alex Pussieldi that were released under Florida public records law.

Attorneys on both sides have understood that the judge intends to issue an order eliminating some redactions and upholding others. They are seeking clarification of the details.

We last reported on the Fort Lauderdale litigation on August 8.
