June 17, 2014Broward County Circuit Court Judge John B. Bowman has set Monday, June 30, at 10:15 a.m., for a hearing in our dispute with the City of Fort Lauderdale over redactions in local police and municipal documents that were produced in response to our requests for public records on Alex Pussieldi. We are seeking to get the judge to review the material privately, in his chambers, in order to determine whether information was withheld in accordance with the Florida Public Records Statute.
