Arizona State University has fulfilled Concussion Inc.’s public information request for copies of Sun Devil Aquatics’ pool rental agreements with Arizona State University. The 49 pages of documents are viewable at

Sun Devil Aquatics, a USA Swimming club, is a separate legal entity from ASU Athletics. However, the owner of the former, Mike Chasson, was also formerly the head swim coach at ASU. One of his assistants was Greg Winslow, who is accused of molesting an underage swimmer he coached at Sun Devil Aquatics. Some of the alleged sexual abuse took place at ASU’s and Sun Devil Aquatics’ Winslow’s office at the university Mona Plummer Aquatic Complex. In February, when Concussion Inc. revealed an ASU police report recommending that the Maricopa County attorney charge Winslow with two criminal counts, the University of Utah suspended him from his head coaching position there, and soon thereafter severed ties with him.

(Mike Chasson’s wife, Jill J. Chasson, also is the National Board of Review chair for USA Swimming, and as we have reported, herself had had an underage relationship with John Cadigan, then and now an assistant at Michael Phelps and Bob Bowman’s North Baltimore Aquatic Club.)

Later we will have analysis of the Sun Devil Aquatics-ASU pool rental papers.
