As I have heard from numerous NBAC parents, after the public season ended around Labor Day, the large outdoor pool was never guarded during swim practices, only the indoor portion. So nobody was watching when Louis went under water, and it wasn’t for – I’ve heard – 15 or 20 minutes that another swimmer first found him. NBAC needs to be held accountable, and this must never happen again. You are taking the lead in making sure that happens.
