Baltimore Mailbag: ‘I Feel Like I’m Living in State College, Pennsylvania’

It hit me this morning that since October I might as well be living in State College, Pennsylvania.  In addition to the Baltimore Sun’s head in the sand story (I had read the “news” about the Lowenthal autopsy late yesterday), none of the TV outlets here have said a peep about anything (other than the constant Phelps/Bowman salad tossing) about NBAC since the fall. Sadly, I’m not surprised that even a full week removed from their euphoric Ravens’ Super Bowl coverage they remain silent. Can there be something realistically more enticing than ratings (or sinister) motivating this? I know the prosecution of Murray Stephens may take forever, but how much longer do you think the teammate assault or Lowenthal cases can remain stifled? Thanks again for your dogged determination.
