Government Accountability Office Report on Amateur Sports Sexual Abuse

Now-retired Congressman George Miller requested this report in June 2013. GAO spokesperson Chuck Young today told us the report is expected to be released “during this month of June, though I do not have an exact date as of yet.”

 

 

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Response to Appeal of the Denial of Copies of George Gibney’s Visa and Green Card Files

In a May 26 letter acknowledging our appeal, USCIS associate counsel Alan D. Hughes said the agency would “make every effort to respond to your request as quickly as possible.” In an email today, information specialist Victoria A. Smalley narrowed that by noting that the law requires “a determination of your appeal within 20 working days of receipt.”
