Irv’s Supreme Court case and writers’ rights work

Irvin Muchnick, who was assistant director of the National Writers Union from 1994 to 1997 and later a copyright litigation consultant, is lead respondent of the landmark 2010 Supreme Court case Reed Elsevier v.
