Broward County Circuit Court Judge John B. Bowman has issued an order requiring the City of Fort Lauderdale to remove redactions from two documents regarding controversial swimming coach Alex Pussieldi, which had been released in response to a public records request by Concussion Inc.

On May 22, with the representation of the Miami law firm Astigarraga Davis, I sued the city, claiming that some redactions were not consistent with the Florida open records statute.

Fort Lauderdale is expected to send us the unredacted documents by next Monday, October 13.
