Federal Judge William D. Quarles postponed the preliminary injunction hearing scheduled for today in the libel case against me. An earlier consent order, whereby I agreed to remove from this website the names of certain minors, remains in place.

The articles at issue in this lawsuit were published here beginning in December 2012 and included the real name of John Doe and another minor accused in an incident at the North Baltimore Aquatic Club. I believed at the time and still believe that what I reported was true.

The case is Doe v. Muchnick, Civil No. 13-1380 (U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland).
