Dr. Robert Cantu boosted sports reform several days ago by calling for a halt to collision sports for under-14 youth. See https://concussioninc.net/?p=4578.

Just as quickly, he has given it back in an interview with ESPN’s Outside the Lines. Cantu claims his latest statement was not a change of stance at all – that he does not propose banning tackle football for younger kids, just better education on how to play it without using their heads as battering rams.

Unfortunate and lame. Is Cantu dispensing scientific information or running for office?
