Sources at Garden City Community College in Kansas say that the “independent review” of the August 1, 2018, exertional heat stroke death of football player Braeden Bradforth following a conditioning drill in the first practice of the season has now been completed. The report by Rod Walters commissioned by the college at a cost of up to $100,000, was submitted last week.
