The U.S. attorney’s office in San Francisco has just filed notice of appeal of U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer’s ruling in our favor inMuchnick v. Department of Homeland Services— Concussion Inc.’s Freedom of Information Act case for further release of material from the 100-plus-page U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services file on disgraced former Irish Olympic swim coach George Gibney.

We have no information yet on next procedural steps or the briefing schedule before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
