U.S. District Court Judge Charles Breyer has ordered the parties inMuchnick v. Department of Homeland Securityto meet with him. In an order yesterday, Judge Breyer wrote, “The Court finds that it will be in all parties’ best interests to hold a further Case Management Conference without further delay.” The conference is set for Friday, May 20.
