We have been reporting that the Lehigh County (Pennsylvania) homicide investigation of the 1983 death of WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka’s girlfriend is on the cusp of a disposition.

Readers are asking why there is not yet an announcement of the decision of the Seventh Investigating Grand Jury on whether to prosecute Snuka. The grand jury’s term expired at the end of July.

The explanation appears to be that the grand jury’s report was submitted to the supervising judge, Maria Dantos of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas, and Judge Dantos is reviewing it. The contents of the report remain unknown.
