\nYesterday we broke the story<\/a> of former Olympic swimming coach Mark Schubert’s failed motions to dismiss the whistleblower suit against him by a fired assistant, Dia Rianda, who also was a major USA Swimming financial donor. Rianda v. Schubert<\/em>, whose defendants also include the Golden West Swim Club out of the community college aquatic complex in Huntington Beach, California, is headed for a jury trial.<\/p>\n
