Concussion Inc. today filed a formal administrative appeal for further public information from the incident report in the October 2012 drowning death at the Meadowbrook Aquatic Center of 14-year-old Louis Lowenthal following a practice at Michael Phelps’ North Baltimore Aquatic Club.<\/p>\n

As I’ve been reporting, the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene redacted large portions of the incident report before releasing it to me, and I am challenging the grounds for these redactions.<\/p>\n
