As we were tipped at the last minute here yesterday, California Governor Jerry Brown today did veto SB 131, the statute of limitations adjustment for sexual abuse victims. So the alleged molestation of a Southern California girl by Everett Uchiyama, who abruptly and secretly resigned as USA Swimming national team director when the allegation surfaced in 2006 — among many others — will not be litigated.

Concussion Inc., however, will continue to chronicle the cover-ups of the Uchiyama and other cases by our Olympic Committee-sanctioned national sport governing body.
