The Germantown Academy is where Richard Shoulberg, president of the American Swimming Coaches Association, is Aquatics Director. Internal documents in abuse lawsuits against USA Swimming show that Shoulberg tried and failed to get a task force there to implement a “zero tolerance policy.” In a memo, Shoulberg warned that USA Swimming could become like the Catholic Church. Hey, no kidding, Coach Dick.
