See It Now — Cal Football Strength Coach Damon Harrington’s ‘Winter Workout Contract,’ Including ‘Grave Digger’ Drill and Regular ‘Massive Punishment Session’

Published June 26th, 2016, Uncategorized

Concussion Inc. just reported on this new document in the “Ted Agu Papers”: http://concussioninc.net/?p=11201.

A facsimile is viewable at http://muchnick.net/harringtonrules.pdf. Below, in bold, is the full text.

As our coverage proceeds, we’ll be trying to define some of the terminology of Harrington’s drills. Agu, of course, was personally familiar with the eerily named “Grave digger.”
